Sarah and Grant were married on a beautiful Wisconsin fall afternoon. And everything about the day was SO THEM!

Sarah did a first look in her hotel room with her dad and brother, which I LOVED. It’s always so great when fathers are included in these things and you could really tell how much Sarah loves and needs her dad and brother in her life. After the first look, we all loaded into the party bus so we could head to Phoenix Park for Sarah and Grant’s first look…Grant wore a blindfold and sat next to Sarah on the bus. LOVED that. We had tons of time for portraits and even stopped at the Eau Claire library for some quick photos since the wedding had a literary theme (again, so unique I loved this!…the bridesmaids even carried book bouquets made by Sarah.)

The ceremony was in midafternoon. It was a little chilly, but beautiful for early October. Everything about the ceremony screamed Sarah and Grant! Sarah even walked down the aisle to the Jurassic Park theme song, I told her afterwards that I never knew that song could make me bawl like a baby so hard (and let me tell you…I did…).

We had time for some more photos with just Sarah and Grant after family portraits and even ran outside for some sunset photos at the reception. Which was a blast! I loved when Sarah and her siblings were on the dance floor by themselves for the cupid shuffle. You guys rock!

Sarah and Grant, thank you SO MUCH for letting me be a part of this more than perfect day. Your love is amazing and I know it will carry you through anything.
