Alexa and Josh drove to all the way  Eau Claire from Minnesota for their engagement session with me and I couldn’t be more thankful that they did so! They lived in Eau Claire for a year for work before moving back near the cities where they are both from. Prior to the session, the sun was out and shining, but a couple hours beforehand, the cloud cover came out and never went back. We did have a few peeks of sunlight throughout the session, but it didn’t even matter- sun or no sun,  Alexa and Josh did an amazing job! We were also fighting a windy evening, but that didn’t stop them from having stunning photos!

And let’s just talk about that engagement ring for a second!! SO gorgeous! I think I could have kept taking pictures of it for the whole session. But instead, we headed down to Half Moon Beach for some photos right at sunset. Though the cloud cover tried to stop us, we still managed to get my favorite glowy evening light.
