Even though it’s no secret that I can’t stand the cold (at all), I was so excited for this engagement session. There’s something so gorgeous about an engagement shoot on a quiet winter day, even when it’s overcast and dreary. The clean white backdrop makes our icy fingers so much worth it. Emmarie and Carlton’s engagement session this evening was definitely no exception!

Yes, we froze. We took breaks and put our mittens on. We walked carefully (very carefully) to make sure we didn’t fall. But Oh my GOSH was it worth it!

I am so excited for Emmarie and Carlton’s wedding this upcoming May at the Florian Gardens. They are going to have absolutely stunning colors for a late Spring wedding. Stay tuned 😉  But for now, enjoy some of my favorites from their engagement session.
