Eau Claire Wedding Photographer

Yessss! I mean, seriously! I could not have asked for a more perfect wedding to start off our wedding season this year! Perfect couple, great families, amazing bridal party (seriously guys, SO FUN!), and the weather was beautiful. Did I mention their day was seamless? They have a great sense of style- I LOVE grey tuxes and Heidi’s dress was phenomenal! Plus, her bridesmaids all had “Bridesmaid” shades from her (check them out in this post).

Heidi and Ryan started off their day together with a first look at Phoenix Park in Eau Claire, which gave them some alone time to really enjoy one another and calm time to have photos together. Once we’d done some beautiful photos with the two of them, we captured their bridal party and families. The weather was SO perfect, especially considering that it had snowed only a few short days beforehand.
They had plenty of time to relax and enjoy their day before their ceremony at Messiah Lutheran Church. The beautiful sunlight flooded in the sanctuary and made for a photographer’s dream to capture.

After their ceremony, we drove out to Happy Hollow for some down time. I had already learned that the bridal party is a blast, but I got to watch them really be themselves here and…I might have a friend-crush on them all…..(Is that a thing?)

The reception was held at Avalon Conference Center in Chippewa Falls. All the speeches that evening blew me away, but Ryan’s…wow…I am not sure that there was a dry eye left in the house, I am not joking either. He had me practically bawling like a baby!

Heidi and Ryan, I can tell you two are meant for each other, just the way you look at each other when you think no one else can see. You are an example of why I love this job. Congrats again! I hope I get the opportunity to catch up with you for more photos in your future.
