I was so glad that Olivia and Mat joined me at Phoenix Park for their engagement session late last week. We had to reschedule their session from earlier this month because of storms. No surprise, when I checked the forecast the afternoon of their rescheduled session, we saw storms again. After checking in with Olivia and Mat, we decided to just go for it. And I am SO GLAD that we did. It was an absolutely perfect evening for photos. A little warm, but beautiful and stunning glowy light. Plus getting to spend the evening with this two made it even better.

I loved having the opportunity to get to know these two (and little miss Rae, who got to tag along for the session, too)!  And their engagement story is the BEST! Olivia rescues dogs (Hello… LOVE) and so obviously loves her dogs! They got engaged at the dog park where they had taken their two dogs and a foster, when Olivia turned around, Mat was holding the ring with Olivia’s daughter, Rae. Melt!

Anyway, I’m SO looking forward to their wedding next Spring. But for now, here are a few of my favorites images from our session last week!
