A dream Wisconsin Summer Engagement Session

The other night I got to shoot my first session since covid started. And it was pure GOLD!!! Alexa and Tyler drove to meet me in Eau Claire and I am so happy they did!  I always feel so lucky that I have amazing couples who decide to come out of their way to let me take their photos and capture their amazing memories, and honestly the evening FLEW by with these two! I couldn’t believe what a great time we were having! So many laughs and getting to know one another. Tyler and Alexa are moving to Maryland soon as Tyler is in the Air Force and I am SO glad we were able to get together before they moved. Along with wedding planning, Alexa is also in pharmacy school. How awesome are these two and their dedication to working hard for what they love?!

Alexa and Tyler are getting married next October at Mayowood Stone Barn (if you haven’t seen that venue you, you DEFINITELY need to take a few minutes to go check them out- the white stone and open field make it feel like an old (but fancy) European cottage. SOOO good, I definitely cannot wait for their wedding! For now though, enjoy just “a few” of my favorite images from their engagement sesion.
