I absolutely love weddings at Lillydale Dance Hall in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin. (See a full wedding I’ve shot there right here.) There are a lot of great venues around, but I would be thrilled to be able to work with Lillydale, the venue owners, and the other vendors who end up working there. It’s all comes together for such a wonderful wedding experience.
Bridal Suite at Lillydale Dance Hall
One of the reasons I adore Lillydale is the gorgeous bridal getting ready space provided to the wedding couple. The bridal suite at Lillydale has the most beautiful natural light to create perfect getting ready images. There is also so much space for you and your wedding party to spread out. Sometimes bridal suites can get so crowded, but that doesn’t happen at Lillydale!
Lillydale is a great place if you are dreaming of the perfect getting getting images while prepping for your wedding day and hanging out with your bffs.
Photo Location Options at Lillydale Dance Hall
Another reason I love Lillydale is that there are tons of wonderful photo locations right on the property! It can look like we went all over for photos, even if we just did a quick lap around Lillydale. I have some favorite spots on the property that I love for first looks too- they aren’t super far from the main space, but just far enough to have privacy.
Indoor and Outdoor Options
Lillydale Dance Hall provides both indoor and outdoor options for guests and the ceremony. The outdoor ceremony space is amazingly beautiful, but the indoor space is just as gorgeous! Many venues can throw together an indoor back up space if needed, but at Lillydale, couples are going to have an equally lovely ceremony whether they end up holding their vows inside or out.
Room to Linger and Move Around
There is so much room for your guests to walk around the property and enjoy cocktail hour. They will probably want to grab a drink and just take a stroll to look at the lovely grounds. There is a sitting room that they can hang out in while the main reception hall gets set up for its big reveal!
PLUS the sitting room is a perfect location for couple photos in the even that weather prohibits us going outside. I also love the natural light in the sitting room as well.
Lillydale Dance Hall is my Top Choice
If Tyler and I were getting married today (instead of 14 years ago…) Lillydale would without a doubt be on the top of my “must” list for wedding vendors. They way the owners treat their couples, the opportunity for so many unique portraits, and such a perfect (and beautiful) space are just a few of the reasons why I’d want to book Lillydale Dace Hall if I were planning my own wedding.
